【訂單處理與出貨】

1. 完成線上訂購程序後，本系統將自動經由電子郵件或其他方式寄送通知，此通知僅表示本系統已收到您的訂購訊息，不代表交易已完成或契約成立。

2. 若本公司確認交易條件無誤，商品仍有存貨，且無其他無法接受訂單之情形，將直接出貨，您可於網站查詢出貨狀態。

3. 若交易條件有誤、商品無存貨或其他無法接受訂單情形，本公司得拒絕接受訂單，並於三個工作日內通知您。

4. 現貨商品將於訂單確認後24小時內出貨。非現貨商品或新品預購約需4-10個工作天出貨。客製化商品如窗簾、捲簾、軌道約需10-14個工作天製作及出貨。

5. 特殊情況、休假或特殊商品將另行公告出貨時間。

【商品保固與維修】

1. 非人為損壞之商品提供一年保固。

2. 商品問題請先透過LINE客服協助排查，勿直接寄回。

3. 如需寄回檢測，須完整包裝及配件。

4. 非人為故障確認後將直接更換新品寄回。非故障或人為故障需支付檢測費用300元及運費60元，或選擇加價換新。

5. 大型設備保固內寄回原廠維修免費，運費及拆裝費用需自行負擔。

【免責聲明】

1. 陸版設備鎖區問題不在保固範圍內，請自行斟酌購買。

2. 本公司致力於維護資料正確性，但不保證所有資料均完整、正確或即時。

3. 商品規格、圖片或說明有誤，以更正後資料為準。價格標示錯誤情形，若標價高於正確價格，僅收取較低價格；若標價低於正確價格，本公司得拒絕接受訂單。

【反詐騙提醒】

1. 本公司絕不主動要求提供金融帳戶、信用卡資訊或指示ATM操作。
